The standard Aluminium coffee capsule emits 1.5 grams of CO2 to produce. Our Boca Espresso biocapsules are certified by Climate Partners as CO2 climate neutral. Our capsules are produced using only energy generated from wind, sun, hydropower and biogas emit zero CO2.
Aluminium FREE!
Unlike most other brands our Nespresso* Compatible coffee pods are 100% Aluminium free and 100% Compostable. Our capsules are sealed using paper made from vegetable matter called “Dynagreen” and is certified compostable according to the European Standard UNI EN 13432.
Our ESE coffee pod are packaged in Aluminium although 1 ese pod contains the same amount of Aluminium as 33 standard Nespresso* style coffee capsules.Â
